Setting- Present day, in a small New York City playhouse. It isn’t much to look at, as it could really use a new roof and a new coat of paint, but there isn’t much of a budget for it. However, it is well lit, and many a good play goes on there, if only people would stop in and see it to help the up and coming actors and actresses that work here. Conflict- The different dreams and wants of the workers has caused people to be on a million different wavelengths. Nobody is working together, and it’s the opening day of a new, original play. The playhouse has also just gotten a huge review in the New York Times, so people are sure to show up. Theme- In order for things to happen, people need to band together. Perhaps there will be sub-themes, but one can’t be sure, now can they? Characters-
Lexi- A short Asian stage manager of only five feet. She has short cropped black hair that gives her a somewhat androgynous look. She usually has a clipboard in hand, and wears black ballet flats. Her dress is black and white polka-dots, including shoulders. Elsa- A tall platinum blonde girl with green eyes and an angelic face. Her hair is usually straight back, unless the middle part of it is tied up with her favorite green scrunchie. She wears a yellow shirt with pastel pink short shorts and white flip flops. Noah- Since I give up on long descriptions, I’ll just tell you; he’s the leading male. Jordan- A lazy stage hand. Mercedes- The drag queen that owns the playhouse. Also owns a drag club in which she does Cher impersonations. Alana- A supporting actress who wants to be a main star, but struggles with identity. Chase- The male stage manager, subordinate of Lexi
4/8/13 Greek gods: Treaszura: god of all unfound treasures. Eziekial: god of love. Star: daughter moon: son Python: god of evil
Setting: Israel
Theme: Treaszura the god of treasures was only in love with treasures, but she ended up falling in love with eziekial the god of love.
Conflict: They fell in love and had a son and daughter named star and moon which made python very mad because she wanted eziekial and caused her to put a life long spell on treaszura. The spell costed her to lose all of her treasures for ever.
Solution: eziekial made moon for python when he got older so that python would be happy, because he was a spit image of his father.
Setting : Around the 1980's , in a small house of Puebla , Mexico. The small household wasn't much to admire , It was made of old brick walls and a metal roof that protects rain from hitting the floor. Sticks holding the kitchen walls from not collapsing . Mud pavement covering up the cracks that are forming. The family could't afford much they had to deal with poverty .
Conflicts : Your parents are the ones you look up for them to carry you into the good but what hope do you have when they aren't there anymore . When someone you love such as your mother leaves you behind without a trace from her . Leaving you with just someone you could possible relieve but can't . The story brings in the conflict from two young's boy who only wished they had there family back and wish their mother was there for them.
Theme : They are going in search for there mother . To have her back with them Characters :
Israel : A short boy with dark brown hair about only 4 years old. He has no shoes on his feet . The only thing he has is one pair of shorts and one shirt.
Jorge : A short boy with light brown hair , only 5 years old. The boy doesn't own anything much . He wears a small shirt that doesn't even fit him . A wormed of pair of shorts that he uses multiple times . He walks barefoot and doesn't have much money to buy himself shoes .
Senor Jose : A old man with wrinkled hands from so much working . Wears shoes but they old and have small holes on them . He is extremely poor and works in construction in order to feed the family . Wear a blue shirt with a old pair of used shorts .
Maria : A women with dark black straight hair . She fancy dresses with nice shiny black shoes . She is the mother of the boys and doesn't seem to have a loving heart .
Abigail : A women the boys met that land them a hand . She is very pretty , loving , caring . She has light brown hair that run down her back . She is always dressed up in a skirt and a blouse . Abigail is very religious and doesn't mind helping others in the times of need.
